$104,200–$121,950 + full benefits. Monday–Friday, 8–5. No weekends.
We're seeking an SUD Program Manager to run day-to-day operations of the Substance Use Disorder and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program at a 50-year-old non-profit community health center in Grass Valley, CA.

- Supervise a multidisciplinary team (SUD nurse case managers, counselors, MA)
- Own grants end-to-end — applications, budgets, reporting

- Monday–Friday schedule, full benefits, NHSC-approved site
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in a healthcare or education-related program/department
- Behavioral health and/or SUD experience; supervisory or program-management experience
- Familiarity with grant-funded programs; RN license a plus
