Support Account Managers in the day-to-day servicing of client accounts. Input and manage orders in internal systems with precision and speed. Track job status with production teams and external vendors to ensure timelines are met. Document meeting notes and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress. Monitor and follow up on vendor invoices, freight, and postage coordination. Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records for client materials. Provide coverage for Account Managers during absences and support ad hoc tasks. Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and clients. What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of professional experience (internships, customer service, or office administration welcome). Strong interest in building a career in Account Management
