Take your speech-language pathology expertise into an educational setting near Torrington, CT, providing support to students across multiple school sites. Two talented professionals are needed for full-time contract positions serving K-12 caseloads, starting ASAP through June 2027. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
• Connecticut state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• Previous experience working with K-12 students in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple sites
• Must be available for in-person work; remote candidates will not be considered

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-12, addressing a variety of communication and language needs
• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Document and monitor student progress, maintaining compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and intervention strategies
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and educational staff across multiple school buildings
