Housing Navigation Case Manager — Impact & Equity Advocate

PATH (People Assisting the Homeless)

PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) seeks a Case Manager to join the Housing Navigation Team at the North Long Beach office. You will conduct intake, assess housing goals, and connect clients to services to end homelessness with a whatever it takes approach. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and emphasize professional growth.
