As a Marketing Coordinator at Erickson-Hall Construction Co. you will grow your skills, knowledge, and learn best practices from an industry innovator that is also employee-owned!

A successful candidate will be an energetic, disciplined, self-starter with experience in A/E/C marketing. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Senior Marketing Director and work in close association with the Marketing Team in the planning and development of proposals. Additional focus will be on the timely and accurate maintenance of our library of essential proposal components (resumes, narratives, case studies, and project experience), ongoing updates to our project database, photography shoots, award submissions, advertising, and digital marketing efforts. Talent and creativity with copywriting and page layout design will be vital to success and growth in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and perform annual prequalification submissions.
• Produce RFQ/RFP responses under the direction of the Senior Marketing Director.
• Perform ongoing maintenance/updates of essential proposal components, i.e., resumes, project experience, case studies, bonding capacity, insurance limits.
• Create project profiles upon project completion.
• Perform continuous maintenance/updating of project database and all project pursuit tracking systems.
• Schedule photo shoots.
• Work with the Marketing Team in production of award submissions and development of collateral material.
• Maintain marketing collateral and swag item inventory.
• Assist in planning and execution of special events, i.e., groundbreaking and ribbon cutting ceremonies.
• Assist with collection of information for release to outside PR agency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years experience in A/E/C industry marketing
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Expertise in contemporary proposal layout
• Strong writing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline intensive environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Bachelors Degree in English, Marketing, or Communications preferred.

Writing and page layout samples will be requested at candidate interviews.
