JLL is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Plainfield, IL. In this pivotal support role, you'll be the backbone of our mailroom and soft services operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day facility functions at our manufacturing campus. You'll manage shipping and receiving activities, coordinate vendor relationships, maintain inventory for key service areas, and provide critical support to our Facilities Manager. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on workplace efficiency and employee experience while working in a dynamic, client-focused environment where your organizational skills and proactive approach will be valued and recognized.

Location: Plainfield, IL

Work Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm (additional hours may be required based on business needs)

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

56,000.00 – 57,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
