• Software Testing and QA Knowledge
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of testing types, testing cycles, and industry best practices.
• Hands-on experience in defect triage, change request workflow, and incident management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Microsoft Office Suite for test management.
• Test Planning, Preparation, and Execution
• Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate and execute testing activities while ensuring adherence to established processes.
• Work closely with development teams to understand project goals and requirements.
• Domain Knowledge in Banking
• Good to have an understanding of the banking domain and its specific requirements.
• Apply domain knowledge to create test scenarios and align testing activities with industry standards.
• Infrastructure Knowledge
• Familiarity with servers (Windows and Unix), networking, databases, and patching.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities within the IT landscape.
• Communication and Collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address testing-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on testing progress and results.
• Flexibility and 24/7 Availability
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts and flexible rosters.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Test Coordinator or in a similar software testing role .
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Microsoft Office Suite .
• Familiarity with banking domain processes and requirements.
• Infrastructure knowledge including servers, networking, databases, and patching.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
