CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to oversee mobile home renovation and construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong project management, budgeting, and construction experience.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$38.46 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm )

Key Responsibilities:

Manage construction projects from planning through completion
Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews
Monitor budgets, schedules, and project timelines
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Conduct quality control inspections
Coordinate permits, inspections, and project documentation
Lead project meetings and communicate with stakeholders
Manage project closeouts, warranties, and final inspections

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Qualifications:

Construction management experience required
Strong knowledge of residential construction and renovation
Experience managing budgets and project schedules
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Understanding of OSHA standards and safety compliance
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
