Overview Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Milwaukee, WI. The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator supports the USCAN & Global Functions Talent Acquisition recruitment team, delivering high-level customer service, administrative support, and project coordination to ensure the recruitment process runs efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Assist with candidate interviewing and travel details. Manage the pre-employment process for new hires with Clarios' preferred vendor, initiating, monitoring, and completing background checks. Update trackers and project-planning items related to strategic initiatives, and identify and elevate any process issues to improve efficiency metrics. Screen and interview qualified candidates as needed and as workload allows. Process candidate reimbursements and work with procurement and A/P to set up new vendors for payment and POs issued and paid. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 4 years of relevant work experience is required; a degree in HR or a closely aligned area of study is preferred. Experience with HR, hiring best practices, and legal aspects of hiring is highly desired, including knowledge of regulatory requirements, recruitment process and best practices in social recruiting, interviewing, ATS, KPIs, and common metrics.
