Policy Review: Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage for their needs. Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, providing support and ensuring timely resolutions. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and claims. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure clients are satisfied with their policies and address any concerns promptly and professionally. Continual Improvement: Stay current on insurance products and regulations to provide clients with accurate information and advice. Requirements Licensing: Active NY Property & Casualty License is required. Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in the insurance industry is required. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
