Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their needs and goals.
• Administer a range of therapeutic modalities and interventions based on evidence-based practices to aid in recovery from various conditions.
• Provide direct patient care with a focus on orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine issues, ensuring that every treatment plan is tailored to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of patient care through excellent customer service, effective communication, and thorough documentation within our clinic's electronic health record system.
• Educate and consult patients and their caregivers on treatment protocols and self-management strategies to promote continued recovery beyond the clinic.
• Meet utilization goals and contribute to departmental efficiency and effectiveness in aligning with the clinic's business objectives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program. All applicants must hold a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

• Proficiency in word processing and electronic documentation software.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
