As a Branch Manager within PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based in Raleigh, NC at Ashton Square. R222068 Job Description Manages priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance, including revenue growth, customer loyalty and a differentiated client experience in an omni-channel environment. Leads and executes a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty, growing branch revenue through consumer and business households and leading eco‑system partnerships. Coaches team members to engage customers in technology‑enabled interactions and provide consultative advice that improves client financial well‑being. Drives the employee experience by acquiring and retaining talent, ensuring performance and activity expectations are met through ongoing coaching and development. Manages operational, human capital, reputational and business risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to established policies and procedures. Typically 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience are required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
