Customer Service Representative (In-Office)

Position Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This in-office role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, orders, billing questions, and account updates.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests accurately.
• Maintain customer records and update information in company databases and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to address customer needs.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Meet established customer service performance standards and response times.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service, administrative, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred

• Experience with CRM software or customer management systems.
• Previous experience in an office, call center, or service-oriented environment.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Salary Range

$48,000 – $55,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications.
