Lutheran Social Services seeks Residential Support Staff to provide compassionate, client-centered care in a community-based setting. In this role, you will support daily living skills, medication monitoring, and individualized service plans for adults in residential programs. You’ll build trusting relationships, assist with crisis prevention, transportation, and documentation, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Ideal candidates are mission-driven, reliable, and respectful of diverse backgrounds, committed to dignity, social justice, and helping residents achieve greater stability and independence.
