Residential Support Worker

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI is seeking a compassionate Residential Support Worker to provide daily support to adults in our community-based homes. In this role, you will assist with personal care, medication reminders, and skill-building while promoting safety, dignity, and independence. You’ll implement individualized, trauma-informed support plans, document services, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
