Lutheran Social Services is seeking a Licensed Social Worker to provide client-centered services across behavioral health, housing, and family programs. In this role, you will complete psychosocial assessments, develop and monitor person-centered service plans, provide counseling and case management, coordinate community resources, and advocate for clients facing complex social, emotional, or economic challenges. You will collaborate in an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold ethical and cultural humility standards in a mission- and values-driven environment.
