Substance Abuse Counselor
Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc.
The role of Substance Use Disorder Counselor involves providing individual and group counseling, conducting assessments, screenings, and treatment planning to support clients in their recovery journey. case management, coordinating community support services, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
