As our Senior Manager of Product Innovation & Marketing, you’ll lead the development of new products from idea to shelf, shaping both what we create and how it shows up in the world. We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented builder who can connect the dots across teams and turn ideas into impactful launches.What you’ll do:Lead and drive innovation pipelines across shave and emerging categories, setting priorities across multiple high-impact launchesOwn and execute the end-to-end product development process, from concept and briefing through formulation, testing, approvals, and final launchDevelop and refine product positioning, claims, and messaging in partnership with cross-functional teams and creative partnersOversee testing and compliance, managing third-party efficacy testing, ingredient lists, artwork reviews, and regulatory approvalsBuild and deliver business cases grounded in data and insights, including whitespace opportunities, pricing strategy, and margin scenariosLead cross-functional alignment, managing timelines, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring seamless launch readiness across teamsManage and grow external partnerships, guiding vendors, fragrance houses, and manufacturers through development, feedback, and approvalsWhat we’re looking for:7+ years of experience in product innovation, product marketing, or development within beauty, personal care, or CPGA deep understanding of the product lifecycle, from concept through commercialization, including formulation, testing, and complianceStrong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate consumer insights and data into clear, actionable product opportunitiesA collaborative approach to working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders across multiple teamsComfort managing complexity, balancing multiple projects, timelines, and priorities with attention to detailClear and effective communication skills, with experience building decks and presenting to senior leadershipA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and move work forwardThe salary range for this position is $104,000–$156,000. Compensation for this position varies based on a range of equal opportunity factors, including but not limited to role scope, level of experience, relevant skills, education and credentials, external and internal benchmarks for equivalent roles and experience, business sector, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the specific facts and circumstances of each case. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package may also include, for eligible roles, bonus, and long-term Incentive.
