Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Director:
• Lead general accounting operations including general ledger, payroll, fixed assets, and statutory reporting.
• Oversee month-end and fiscal close processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage internal controls, regulatory compliance, and accounting standards adherence.
• Direct internal and external audits and related financial documentation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and executive reporting.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.


Qualifications for the Accounting Director:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 7-9 years of progressive accounting experience across public accounting and industry environments.
• 3-5 years of accounting leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, ERP systems, and financial compliance.
