Accounting Manager

Job Type : Full Time Why You Should Apply Confidential opportunity with a well‑established, privately held real estate organization Stable leadership team with a strong track record of internal growth High‑visibility role with direct exposure to leadership and clients Department is expanding with the potential to add direct reports over time What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred) 3-5 years of accounting experience within third‑party property management Strong understanding of GAAP and monthly close processes Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar system preferred What You’ll Be Doing Oversee recurring financial activity for an assigned portfolio Review monthly reporting and follow up on open items or variances Coordinate payments with internal teams Assist with audit‑related requests and documentation Support forecasting activities and transaction‑related calculations as needed Act as a point of contact between accounting, operations, and external partners Help manage accounting transitions for new or exiting properties Recommend practical updates to accounting processes and reporting Provide day‑to‑day support to accounting staff as questions arise Assist with special projects and financial analysis as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
