Salary: $89,700 - 162,150 per year Requirements I require a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business). You should have at least 5 years of experience in development and systems administration. A minimum of 3 years of experience with SharePoint 2016/2019 development on-premises is necessary. I need someone with at least 5 years of expertise in Atlassian/JIRA development and administration, including the installation and configuration of custom applications. Proficiency in the implementation of Atlassian Plugins is essential. You should have experience with the ServiceNow platform and working in cloud environments. Daily operational support activities and strategic planning initiatives involving JIRA and Confluence will be your focus. Supporting requirements gathering and implementing new capabilities on JIRA and Confluence will be a key part of your job. You will administer JIRA and Confluence, integrating various services both internal and external to our enterprise. It's important to ensure compatibility with existing tools and services. You will design and sustain custom projects, workflows, schemes, screens, field configurations, automations, user permissions, and project roles in JIRA and Confluence. Auditing, improving, and automating processes and workflows as needed will be part of your role. Training staff on how to effectively use JIRA and Confluence will also be part of your responsibilities. You will troubleshoot, identify, and resolve JIRA issues reported by program users. Coordination with customers and the cloud hosting team will be required to offer suggestions and solutions for system configuration. I expect you to provide ad-hoc program support for application, system, and project-level configurations as needed.
