Looking for an opportunity to be the welcoming face of a trusted hotel brand? Hampton Inn & Suites Jamestown is seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in Jamestown, ND. What You’ll Be Doing As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel right at home. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and checking in guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Managing reservations and handling guest inquiries with efficiency and care.
- Resolving guest concerns promptly to ensure a memorable stay.
- Processing check-outs and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assisting with other front desk duties as needed to support the team.
