As a BT at our West Springfield Center, you'll provide one-on-one, evidence-based ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills . You'll implement individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) and assist in reducing challenging behaviors. As a BT at our West Springfield Center, you'll provide one-on-one, evidence-based ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills . - Team Synergy: Join forces with a dynamic team of BCBAs, therapists, and support staff, collaborating seamlessly to deliver consistent and impactful interventions.
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience, paired with reliable transportation (travel is required)
- Experience: prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Communication Mastery : communication and interpersonal skills
