Construction Manager Class A Office UltraLuxury Interior BuildOut

Construction Manager - Class A Office & Ultra-Luxury Interior Build-Out (Miami-Dade County, FL) Florida Construction Connection is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for high-end commercial and residential interior construction in Miami-Dade County. This role requires more than general tenant improvement experience. The right candidate must have successfully managed construction in high-rent, high-expectation business and residential districts, where finish quality, client service, schedule, logistics, and attention to detail are critical.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Proven construction management experience with Class A office interiors, executive offices, luxury commercial spaces, or ultra-luxury residential interiors Direct project experience in Miami-Dade County Experience working in premium markets such as Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles, or comparable high-end districts Strong understanding of luxury finishes, architectural millwork, specialty materials, lighting, MEP coordination, technology integration, and detailed closeout Experience managing occupied buildings, high-rise logistics, building management requirements, restricted deliveries, elevators, neighboring tenants/residents, and demanding schedules Established familiarity with South Florida subcontractors, vendors, permitting, inspections, and local construction practices Ability to manage projects from preconstruction and estimating through procurement, construction, punch, turnover, and closeout Strong owner, architect, designer, subcontractor, and client communication skills Demonstrated ability to protect both the design intent and the budget without compromising the finished product
