We are seeking a dependable, experienced Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team at our new Quick Fix location in Worcester! The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well under pressure, and takes pride in preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and portion control.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient throughout each shift.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
• Assist with stocking, and food preparation as needed.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
