Care Manager

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. The role involves engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Key Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care and daily routines Document changes and follow care plans Promote safety, dignity, and independence Engage residents in conversation and activities Support dining services and maintain cleanliness Communicate effectively with families and care team members Create enriching experiences in Memory Care settings Additional Information The position offers competitive pay, benefits including health plans, retirement, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth.
