Accounts Payable Lead

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Lead for a growing healthcare organization located in Phoenix, AZ. This role is designed for an individual with a strong background in accounts payable, particularly with Sage Intacct, who is eager to help drive process improvements in a multi-entity company. Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts payable process using Sage Intacct, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform 3-way matching, researching and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounts payable function.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Assist in training new team members and support the team with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in accounts payable.
• Must have experience with an ERP software system. Sage Intacct highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required Work Hours Monday to Friday, first shift. Benefits This position offers a full benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Additional Details The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
