Part-Time Ar / Construction Billing Specialist

I'm working with a family-owned construction company in West Phoenix that is looking to add a part-time Accounts Receivable / Construction Billing Specialist to the team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexibility while still staying involved in accounting and construction operations.

Highlights:

• 20-25 hours per week
• Approximately $25/hr (some flexibility DOE)
• Temp-to-hire opportunity
• West Phoenix (Buckeye & 51st Ave area)

• Flexible schedule (ideally Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Customer billing and invoicing
• Construction billing support
• Accounts Receivable activities
• Researching billing discrepancies
• Working with operations and accounting teams
• Supporting both plumbing and concrete divisions

What They're Looking For:

• 3+ years of construction billing experience
• AR experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-starter mentality
• Someone looking for a stable, long-term environment

Nice to Have:

• Construction industry background
• Bilingual Spanish
