Accounts Receivable Clerk & Payroll Admin

The beautiful Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore, a Hilton Corporate Managed hotel, is looking to add a Part Time Accounting and Payroll Clerk to join their team. This position will be covering accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting to support financial operations.

Schedule: Seeking a part-time opportunity, available to work approximately 24 to 26 hours per week

Compensation/Work Arrangement: Seeking an hourly position and is an on-property role.

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk & Payroll Admin, you're not just supporting the hotel's financial operations you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Perform essential accounting functions: Execute tasks across Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Accounting to support financial operations
• Address questions and disputes: Research and respond to inquiries and partner with internal and external parties to resolve disputes promptly
• Participate in financial reporting: Assist with the production of monthly accounts, month-end responsibilities, and internal controls over financial data
• Collaborate for success: Build and maintain cooperative relationships with other finance and corporate departments
• Assist with the counting of house banks and verifying month end beverage inventory.
