Restaurant Shift Manager

Job Responsibilities Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. Help build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members. Assist with operational support functions (e.g., Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory). Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations.
