Business Forms Data Input and Review Specialist

Training for this role will be on-site for the first 2-3 weeks.  After training, you will work in the office on Wednesdays and from the comfort of your home the other 4 days.  Through 2026, parking is FREE within their building's parking garage.   There is also free access to the company's gym! This Business Forms Data Input and Review Specialist role is a dynamic, fast-paced, position that allows you to utilize both your analytical and client service expertise.

salary: $22 - $23 per hour

Responsibilities

• Input a high volume of a variety of data points with a high degree of accuracy into multiple databases
• Research discrepancies by utilizing multiple internal databases and your intermediate Excel skills
• Prepare and manage customer correspondence including, but not limited to creating customer letters and emails
• Fulfill customer service requests for kits, forms, brochures, and rate charts
• Confirm via mail, email, and fax with proper documentation
• Edit, proof, and perform quality checks on documents 
• Initiate outbound follow-up client calls
• Utilize your math skills, critical thinking skills, and problem-solving skills to drive results in a timely manner
