Pay: $18-19/hr | Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Start Date: ASAP | Contract ‑ to ‑ Hire Opportunity
BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in North Little Rock, AR 72114 . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional community, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks with professionalism.
Position Details
- Role: Apartment Maintenance Technician
- Location: North Little Rock, AR 72114
- Pay: $18-$19hr
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- Opportunity Type: Contract‑to‑Hire
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Appliance diagnostics and repair
- Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep
- Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
- Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
- Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
