Contract Coordinator

Job Summary

This role is responsible for the administration and maintenance of Fresenius Kabi contracts, rebate programs and customer eligibility in compliance with the terms and conditions as directed by Contract Marketing. Provide analytical support to various groups by creating, managing, investigating and resolving any customer data and/or pricing data issues to FK's applications. In addition, this role is actively supporting department requirements and prioritizing requests from different departments. This role will take lead action in preventing data quality issues and work with business partners to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review and update customer master, contracts and membership data records to ensure data integrity across multiple eligibility validation checks and internal control processes.
• Initiate, execute, and manage data creation and/or modification in Model N.
• Prioritize tasks and ensure all SOP's are executed in a timely matter to support a fast-paced environment
• Understand the business processes associated with contract marketing, pricing, chargebacks, rebates, and credit and collections.
• Communicate with IT to ensure customer accounts and contract memberships interface correctly and timely.
• Perform data scrubbing and validate customer data records on customer master and membership files.
• Develop and maintain strong collaborative and results orientated working relationships with internal and external partners through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Assist government pricing team with contract pricing revisions and 340B updates, as needed.
• Provide support to Commercial Contracting and Analytics teams for new product launches and product change announcements.
• File all contract documents according to department and company SOPs. Prepare contract files for record retention.
• Analyze and reconcile billback deductions and floor stock adjustments (WAC) for assigned accounts in SAP, resulting in credit or recovery of payback
• Provides ad hoc reports to management regarding GPO, IHN, and National Account customers as required.
• Reviews and analyzes memberships and contract eligibility for various GPO's at Fresenius Kabi as required.
• Collaborate with both internal and external auditors to provide contract documentation and information as requested and required.
• Perform special projects or other related tasks as requested by management.
