DevOps EngineerLocation: Oakland, CA 100% Onsite - Interview will be conducted in person at our client location in Oakland, California. Contract ***/hrJob Description: We are seeking a hands on DevOps Engineer with strong experience in modern middleware environments to support WebLogic 12c+ (or JBoss EAP) deployments in cloud and containerized infrastructures. This is not a legacy admin role we are looking for someone who can automate, optimize, and modernize our platform.Hiring manager is looking for the below experience:Required Skills8+ years hands on DevOps experience with middleware platforms.Experience with WebLogic 12c+ (preferred) and/or JBoss EAP in production environments.Strong scripting skills (Shell must have; Python/Perl nice to have).Pipeline coding experience (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.) required.Familiarity with IaC (Terraform) and configuration management tools (Ansible/Chef/Puppet).Experience with containerization (Docker/Podman) and ideally Kubernetes operators for WebLogic.Azure cloud experience is a plus.Focus is on automation, IaC, and modernization rather than just maintaining legacy WebLogic environments.*** is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
