Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly residents, identifying their unique emotional and psychological care needs.

• Deliver both individual and group counseling sessions that focus on addressing emotional challenges related to aging, such as grief, loss, and life transitions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is working with geriatric clients who are facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
