This job reports to the Director, Learning and Leadership Development in the People, Culture and Equity Division. The People, Culture and Equity Division provides work that supports progress toward our strategic goals of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent and becoming a Great Place to Work for All. Responsibilities Responsible for the design, build, and maintenance of asynchronous learning programs within our Learning Management System (internal platform “PP Learn”, utilizing 360 Learning) aligned to PPFA’s leadership development framework, competency model, and enterprise‑wide learning priorities. Designs, develops, and maintains asynchronous enterprise learning experiences within PP Learn (360Learning), ensuring alignment with PPFA’s leadership development framework, competency model, and organizational learning priorities. Translates complex organizational initiatives, leadership concepts, and business needs into engaging, accessible, learner‑centered digital learning solutions for diverse employee audiences. Manages the full lifecycle of asynchronous learning development, including needs analysis, course design, content build, quality assurance, implementation, updates, and ongoing optimization.
