Key Responsibilities Sales & Territory Development Prospect and identify new referral sources within hospitals, urgent cares, orthopedic groups, and physician offices. Build and manage a target account list. Conduct introductory sales calls and support advancement through the sales cycle. Develop and maintain new referral relationships. Support territory revenue growth initiatives. Clinical & Customer Support Deliver orthopedic bracing and DME products to hospitals, clinics, and patient homes. Educate patients and medical staff on proper equipment use. Build strong relationships with nursing staff, surgical teams, and materials management. Troubleshoot product or delivery concerns. Operations & Documentation Maintain accurate billing and compliance documentation. Obtain required patient and provider signatures. Assist with inventory management and product tracking. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service, healthcare, or sales experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working in hospital and clinical environments. Self-motivated with a desire to grow into medical sales. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Medical device, DME, or healthcare sales experience preferred.
