Premier Swim Academy is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative Lead to maintain front-of-house flow and serve as the first escalation point for parent concerns. You will ensure accurate information and timely resolutions and coordinate with the Admin Manager across the lobby, front desk, and viewing room. The role requires Mastery of Jackrabbit Class and PSA program knowledge, with a minimum 3 months front desk experience.
