Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
• Manage employee scheduling using HotSchedules to optimize coverage and labor costs
• Oversee ordering and inventory management to maintain appropriate stock levels and reduce waste
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Assist in training and mentoring staff to uphold service quality and restaurant policies
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Utilize Toast POS system for order accuracy, sales tracking, and reporting
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and POS reconciliation

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 years proven experience in restaurant supervision or management, preferably in upscale or seafood dining environments
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and POS systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure in a high-volume setting
• Proficiency with HotSchedules and Toast POS system is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality management training is a plus
