As a compassionate and dedicated healthcare organization, BrightCare HomeCare is seeking an experienced and skilled CNA Trainer to join our Mandeville, Louisiana location. As a CNA Trainer, you will play a vital role in shaping the careers of our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and supporting our mission to provide exceptional home care services to individuals in need.

About the Role:

As a CNA Trainer, you will be responsible for:

Providing training and education to new and existing CNAs, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care

Developing and implementing training programs and materials, including lesson plans, curriculum, and assessments

Conducting regular evaluations and assessments of trainees to ensure they meet the necessary standards

Collaborating with the nursing team to identify training needs and develop solutions to address them

Maintaining accurate records of training sessions and participant progress

Ideal Candidate:

Must have a strong background in CNA training and education

Willingness to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities

Strong organizational and time management skills
