The Job: As a Member Experience Advocate you will provide excellent customer service to our members by providing clear, accurate instruction and service information. You will greet and check-in members while responding to a heavy volume of incoming calls. In addition, you will maintain daily scheduling and confirmation of member appointments.

The Core Duties:
Greet and check-in members when they arrive to our facility
Maintain a thorough knowledge of fitness and campus programs and provide recommendations as needed
Respond to members’ concerns, suggestions and complaints in a timely, professional and consistent manner
Maintain daily scheduling and confirmation of member appointments/cancellations
Respond to heavy volume of incoming calls for appointments and other requests
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Customer Service Desk and workout spaces
The Essentials:
Strong organizational skills and customer-service oriented approach
Knowledge of Google applications and Microsoft Office applications helpful
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
CPR/FA certifications within 90 days of hire
Positive, upbeat and enthusiastic about working in a non-profit environment
