Human Resources Manager Surge Staffing Columbus, Ohio, United States (On-site) Now Hiring: Regional HR Manager Location: Columbus, OH We're looking for an experienced HR leader to support multi‑site manufacturing operations while fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture. This role partners closely with leadership to drive HR strategy, talent development, employee relations, and recruitment across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders to provide strategic HR support Coach and develop managers to strengthen leadership effectiveness Lead full‑cycle recruitment for hourly and exempt positions Build strong relationships across teams and serve as a trusted HR resource Travel to multiple sites and support different shifts as business needs require Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership, talent management, and employee relations Multi‑site manufacturing experience required; union and non‑union experience preferred Strong communication, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred Compensation $80,000–$95,000 Benefits Comprehensive benefits include medical, company‑paid dental and vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, professional development opportunities, career advancement, and employee appreciation events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
