Project Manager

Project Manager – Studios Practice (Known) Known is looking for a Project Manager to join the Studios practice. The Project Manager will be responsible for seeing projects through from concept to final delivery across Experiential, AV, Digital, Social, Print, and OOH. The role involves engaging stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, interfacing directly with clients, and ensuring on‑time, on‑strategy, and on‑budget delivery of all projects. Responsibilities Manage 360 campaigns and projects inclusive of AV, Digital, Social, Print, OOH, Live Action, and Experiential throughout the lifecycle. Act as the point of contact for clients across workstreams in coordination with Account Management. Schedule and conduct internal and external project kick‑offs. Collaborate with creative strategy teams to organize information and develop creative briefs. Schedule and conduct internal project reviews and distribute notes. Manage teams through all phases of concepting, creative development, design, quality control, and final deliveries. Create and manage internal and external master project calendars. With input from creative team and Head of Project Management, create SOWs detailing target initiatives, milestones, and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to create, track, and recalibrate project schedules and production calendars based on client briefs, feedback, and status trackers. Handle internal billing and invoicing processes with support from Head of Project Management. Maintain a proactive and positive attitude. Qualifications Experience delivering best‑in‑class 360 campaigns for industry‑leading companies (Experiential, AV, Digital, Social, Print, OOH, and Live Action). Exceptional ability to manage long‑term, multi‑million‑dollar engagements and multiple project tracks with firm command of project management processes and methodologies. Experience managing quick, nimble, short‑term engagements with smaller, multi‑disciplinary teams. Deep understanding of 360 campaign and production lifecycles. Collaborative, organized, and motivational project manager. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive, resourceful, and professional with strong soft skills. Exceptional organizational skills. Previous client‑facing experience and comfort in that capacity. Background Requirements 5‑7+ years of project management or production experience in a fast‑paced integrated agency environment.
