You can review the additional job description section on postings for documents that may be required.* Prior to submitting your application, please review and update (if necessary) the information in your candidate profile as it will transfer to your application.## Job Title:OB/GYN Sonographer $15,000 Signing Bonus I Ambulatory Women's Imaging## Department:Ambulatory Services | Women's Imaging**Scope of Position**Sonographer may perform obstetrical, gynecological, and fetal echocardiogram ultrasound examinations as ordered at all OSUWMC Ambulatory Imaging locations and inpatient care sites, as well as MFM/WI contracted Outreach sites.**Position Summary**The employee in this position is a part of the health care team performing OB/GYN ultrasound examinations, documenting, and relaying examination findings to the appropriate physician and referring facilities. This sonographer utilizes electronic systems to capture images and document findings. The sonographer provides educational opportunities to residents, MFM fellows, and sonography students. The sonographer must be certified by the ARDMS for the specialty OB/GYN examination.**Minimum Qualifications****For Hire:** Graduate of an accredited ultrasound school. Individual needs to be certified by the ARDMS in OB/GYN**.** Previous ultrasound experience is preferred but not necessary ## Additional Information:## Location:Outpatient Care Upper Arlington (1005)## Position Type:Regular## Scheduled Hours:40## **Shift:**First Shift***Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check.
