Accounts Payable Clerk
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at LifeLine Ambulance Illinois. As an AP Clerk, you will be responsible for AP invoice entry and payments, month-end accounting entries, daily cash entries, and miscellaneous accounting reports. If you have a strong background in accounting and excellent MS Office skills, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:
AP invoice entry and payments
Month-end accounting entries
Daily cash entries
Miscellaneous accounting reports
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Nice to Have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Must Have:
Microsoft Office products, including Excel
Detail-oriented and organized
Familiarity with Excel and resourceful
Experience in finance or AP
Experience:
- Experience with accounts payable or light accounting is preferred, and additional training will be provided.
Work Arrangements:
This is a part-time position with a range of $18-$20 hourly.
