What You'll Do
- Lead cost and inventory accounting processes, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis.
- Partner with leadership to deliver insights that drive smarter business decisions.
- Develop scalable cost models and systems to support continued growth.
- Play a key role in the monthly close and financial reporting.
- 5+ years of cost accounting experience in inventory-focused industries (manufacturing, CPG, retail, distribution, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to explain complex data in simple, actionable ways.
