Maintenance Supervisor

What You Will Do Ensure a safe work environment and full compliance with company, state, and federal safety regulations. Lead and prioritize daily maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, and reactive) to support production needs. Monitor and drive maintenance KPIs, equipment reliability, and root cause problem-solving efforts. Oversee equipment repairs, outages, contractors, and vendor work execution. Manage maintenance budget, CMMS compliance (SAP PM or equivalent), and spare parts availability. Improve shop organization and equipment condition through 5S, CIL, and defect elimination practices. Develop, coach, and manage maintenance team members, including hiring and performance management. Promote adherence to company values, policies, and standards of conduct. What We Look For Typically has 3+ years related experience Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred Must have knowledge and skills in the technologies of fasteners, lubrication, mechanical drive systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, fabrication, electrical power systems, electrical control systems, production/process, refrigeration, boilers, HVAC, and computerized maintenance management systems. Working knowledge of food plant production and processing equipment preferred. Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety, EPA regulations, USDA and sanitation standards preferred. Must have previous supervisor experience. Basic PC skills including expertise with MS Office and Outlook. SAP experience beneficial. Must have basic mathematical and problem-solving skills to generate and maintain departmental reports. Must be capable and willing to work any shift and be on 24-hour call for emergency situations as necessary. What We Offer The base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $113,000 annually, with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance.
