Overview We're partnering with a rapidly growing, venture-backed cybersecurity startup that's transforming how enterprises manage identity, access, and security in the AI era. Backed by leading investors and experiencing significant market momentum, the company is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help drive growth across the Bay Area. What You'll Be Doing Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close. Build and manage relationships with CISOs, VPs of Security, and other senior technical stakeholders. Generate pipeline through both outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities. Partner with channel organizations and VARs to accelerate deal velocity. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams to drive revenue growth. Navigate complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales processes and negotiations. What We're Looking For 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience. Proven success closing enterprise deals with ACVs of $250K+. Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota. Experience selling technical software solutions. Cybersecurity, identity management, or adjacent security technology experience strongly preferred. Experience working alongside channel partners and VARs. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Salary: $130K–$150K base salary, $260K–$300K total on-target earnings. Meaningful equity package. Opportunity to join a category-defining security company during a major growth phase.
