Sales Account Executive Opportunity

FOX59 (WXIN-TV) and CBS4 (WTTV-TV), Nexstar Media Group stations in Indianapolis, are looking for a driven Sales Account Executive who's ready to leverage best-in-class marketing solutions to help local businesses grow.
You'll join a team of seasoned advertising professionals and tap into the unmatched reach of FOX and CBS, driving revenue across both on-air and digital platforms. With the added strength of our high-performing digital subchannel ETTV.2 and a full suite of cutting-edge digital products, this is truly a seller's dream.

- Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for prospecting and developing new business on all platforms.
- Implement strategies to consistently grow revenue and exceed revenue goals for all platforms.
- Ideal candidate will possess a passion for selling sports, digital offerings, and align with leading local newscasts in Indy.
- Be a student of learning and a willingness to be coached by some of the best managers in the business.
- Prepares and delivers compelling sales presentations to clients using a consultative sales approach and collateral research support.
- Explain to customers how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible.
- Works with clients and production personnel to develop commercials via our creative resources.
- Collaboration with all station sellers to leverage the power of our market share to increase our revenue.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Requirements & Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising or Mass Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- Minimum two years' experience in sales, preferably in the media field.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Experience achieving long-range objectives, possessing self-motivation skills, ability to implement the strategies and actions to achieve success.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), copiers, scanners, and other office equipment.
