Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager

Gentiva Hospice in Hot Springs, AR seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead comprehensive patient care in patients\' homes or other living settings. You will perform RN assessments, deliver skilled nursing interventions, and develop individualized care plans to meet patient goals. Join our team to collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and social workers, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care.
